I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. First of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right from the moment I arrived. They went out of their way to provide me with all the information I needed about the town and even accommodated my vegan diet by cooking delicious vegan meals for me every breakfast. The service here is top-notch, and I was impressed to see the General Manager personally greeting and chatting with guests. Furthermore, the property itself is well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and relaxing stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We decided to stay in a more authentic area of the city away from the obvious tourist hotspots and found a hotel with a good location. There are plenty of local markets and restaurants within walking distance, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, plus the bathroom was clean with plenty of amenities provided.
The hotel pool left something to be desired. There was nowhere to sit after swimming, which was a bit of a letdown.

During our stay at Prime Square Hotel, we were impressed by the spacious and cozy room. The bed was comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with a mall, shops, and restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The property was well-maintained, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the proximity to the popular Nimman district, which had a variety of coffee shops and bars to explore.
Despite a few drawbacks, such as the minor inconvenience of not being able to open the windows in our room and the limited seating options around the pool, these were minor compared to the overall positive experience at Prime Square Hotel. The location was great, with the large Maya mall and various markets and bars within walking distance.

The hotel staff were super friendly and always willing to help when needed. The breakfast selection was varied with both local and European options which was great. , the hotel location is quite fantastic due to its proximity to major shopping centers, restaurants, bars, and other interesting areas within the city. The room was clean, modern and equipped with necessary facilities for a solo traveler like me.
There were no major negatives but the shower water pressure could be improved for a more enjoyable experience. , it would have been great to have some sunbeds around the swimming pool area.
